The audit is designed to assess the Compliance Program, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance efforts of the target acquisition and the services provided, also presenting an opportunity to assess compliance gaps, identify areas of opportunity related to best practices, discover risks and vulnerabilities during the merger and acquisition due diligence process. This will consist of onsite direct and indirect observations, leadership interviews and practice specific documentation and policy and procedure review.

We are also able to compile data from the target practice’s current system to communicate with the acquisition source and speed up the due diligence process. This not only saves time but provides a more comprehensive view of the target organization, allowing for more informed decision-making.
